Practical details, conditions and ethic rules
It is possible to book in multiple ways.
You can send me an e-mail or contact me via phone (I am available on WhatsApp and Viber too).
If you prefer, you can also send me message on this website using the Contact form.
I am going to response your e-mail and message shortly and we can set all the details of your private tour.
If you cannot find my response e-mail in your mailbox within 24 hours, please check your spam folder (some e-mail providers have very strict spam control, so it may happen).
All my tours are private, dedicated only for you and your family and friends.
The prices of the tour are the same up to 5 people. If you are more than 5, different price is applied.

All the private tours include your English speaking, dedicated local tour guide.
The price does not include
- the meals and drinks at the gastronomy stops (bars, restaurants, cafeterias, etc.)
- the entrance tickets
- the public transportation tickets.
You will receive the address of our meeting point in e-mail before the tour.
The meeting points are usually located at the first stage of the tour.
You can pay in cash in EUR or in HUF at the end of the tour.

You can choose bank transfer in advance.
You can cancel your tours but you have to understand that I am scheduling my tours in advance, so in case of last minute cancellation, I cannot replace the tour with another one.
Therefore you shall adhere with the following cancellation rules:
- Cancellation 14 days before the tour is free.
- Cancellation 7 days before the tour – 50% of the tour cost shall be paid (via bank transfer).
- Cancellation 3 days before the tour – 100% of the tour cost shall be paid (via bank transfer)
Vis major
In case of vis major (cancelled, delayed flight, train, unfortunate sickness) the tour can be rescheduled.
No advance payment
Since no advance payment is required, I have no measures to claim your payment in case of cancellation I can only rely on your honesty.

Unfortunately I do not have the special expertise required to treat guests in wheelchair, and Budapest has not yet prepared properly for these cases.
Therefore please kindly understand I cannot accept guests in wheelchair.
Of course your entire family and your kids are very welcome on the tours, but you need to bear in mind the programs are dedicated to the interest of adults, no kids programs and scenes are in the itinerary.
